Hormone replacement therapy tracking shouldn't be this hard
You have enough on your plate. Rosel handles the parts your brain keeps dropping.
Forgotten Patches
"Did I change my patch yesterday or Tuesday?" Rosel logs every change and sends you reminders so you stop running that loop in your head.
Skin Irritation
Putting a patch on the same spot twice means redness and peeling. Rosel's body map shows you where you placed the last one so you always rotate.
Doctor Visit Anxiety
Bring actual data to your next appointment. Rosel generates reports of your symptom history and medication adherence that you can share with your doctor.
What Rosel actually does
Track Your HRT
Log each dose as you take it. Rosel shows a progress ring for your day and keeps a full history of every patch, pill, or gel you've used.

Rotate Patch Sites
A visual body map shows exactly where you placed your last HRT patch. Tap your next site to log it. No more guessing, no more irritated skin.

Log Daily Symptoms
A quick daily check-in for hot flashes, mood, sleep, and other symptoms. Takes about 30 seconds and builds the kind of record your doctor actually wants to see.

Discover Health Trends
Charts that plot your symptoms against your medication over weeks and months. See whether your hot flashes dropped after a dosage change, or if your sleep got worse.

Prep For Doctor Visits
Generate a report of your symptoms, medication adherence, and trends to share with your doctor. You can also draft questions ahead of time so nothing gets forgotten.

Complete Your History
A calendar view of everything you've logged. Missed a day? You can backdate entries so your records stay accurate.

Your Data is Yours. Always.
Your health data stays on your device, or in your private iCloud account if you turn on sync. That's it.We can't see it, we don't store it, and we will never sell it.

Everything you need to know about tracking HRT with Rosel.
What is an HRT tracker?
An HRT tracker is an app that logs your hormone replacement therapy doses, such as patches, pills, gels, or injections, so you don't have to rely on memory or scattered notes. A good HRT tracker records when and where you applied each dose, lets you log symptoms daily, and turns that history into trends you and your doctor can use to see whether your treatment is working.
What is hormone replacement therapy (HRT)?
Hormone replacement therapy (HRT) is medication, usually estrogen with or without progesterone, prescribed to relieve menopause symptoms like hot flashes, night sweats, and vaginal dryness by replacing hormones the body stops producing. It's available as transdermal patches, oral pills, and topical gels. This isn't medical advice: talk to your doctor about which type and dose is right for you.
What is Rosel?
Rosel is an HRT tracker and menopause tracker app for iPhone. It logs your hormone replacement therapy medications (patches, pills, and gels), tracks menopause symptoms, and helps you rotate patch sites so you can walk into doctor visits with real data instead of guesswork.
What types of HRT does Rosel support?
Rosel adapts to whatever your doctor prescribed: twice-weekly patches like Climara or Vivelle-Dot, daily pills like Premarin, and evening gel applications like EstroGel. You log your dose in a few taps and Rosel tracks your schedule going forward.
How does patch site rotation work?
Rosel includes a visual body map that shows exactly where you placed your previous patches. The Mayo Clinic recommends rotating application sites and waiting at least a week before reusing the same area, since reusing a site too soon can cause skin irritation and reduce absorption. You just tap the new location when you apply a fresh patch, no guessing required.
Is my health data private?
Yes. Rosel does not have user accounts on our servers and we do not collect, store, or transmit your health information. Your data lives on your device, and if you enable backup it syncs only to your private iCloud account through Apple's CloudKit. We cannot access, see, or sell your data.
Can I share my HRT and symptom history with my doctor?
Yes. Rosel generates a clean summary of your recent medication adherence and symptom trends that you can share at your next appointment, so you don't have to reconstruct the past few months from memory in a 15-minute visit.
Is Rosel free to download?
Rosel is available on the App Store for iPhone. Download it to see current pricing and any premium features.
Does Rosel replace medical advice?
No. Rosel is a tracking tool to help you and your doctor make informed decisions. It doesn't diagnose, treat, or replace guidance from a licensed healthcare provider. Always follow your doctor's instructions for your HRT regimen.
One less thing to keep track of in your head
Rosel handles your HRT schedule, tracks your symptoms, and gives your doctor the data they need. You just live your life.
Available on iOS for iPhone.
