1. Agreement to Terms

By downloading or using the Rosel app, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the app.

2. Not Medical Advice

Rosel is a personal tracking tool. It is not a medical device and does not provide medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. The information displayed in the app, including symptom trends and medication logs, is intended for your personal reference only.

Always consult a qualified healthcare provider before making decisions about your hormone replacement therapy or any other medical treatment. Do not disregard professional medical advice because of something you have read or tracked in this app.

3. Your Responsibilities

You are responsible for the accuracy of the data you enter into Rosel. This includes your medication logs, symptom entries, and any notes you add. We do not verify the information you provide.

You are also responsible for keeping your device secure. If you use iCloud sync, your data is protected by your Apple ID credentials. We recommend using a strong password and enabling two-factor authentication on your Apple account.

4. Data and Privacy

Your privacy matters to us. Please review our Privacy Policy for full details on how your data is stored and handled. In short: your data stays on your device or in your private iCloud account. We do not have access to it.

5. Intellectual Property

The Rosel app, including its design, code, icons, and content, is owned by Chako LTD and protected by copyright and intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or reverse-engineer any part of the app.

6. Limitation of Liability

Rosel is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do our best to keep the app reliable and accurate, but we cannot guarantee that it will be error-free or uninterrupted.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Chako LTD shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the app. This includes, but is not limited to, missed medication doses, incorrect data entry, or decisions made based on information displayed in the app.

7. Subscriptions and Payments

Rosel offers an optional auto-renewable subscription that unlocks premium features. The subscription title, length, and price are displayed within the app before you purchase. Payment is charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase.

Your subscription automatically renews for the same period unless auto-renewal is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period, at the price of the selected plan. Any unused portion of a free trial period, if offered, is forfeited when you purchase a subscription.

You can manage your subscription and turn off auto-renewal at any time in your Apple ID Account Settings after purchase. To cancel, go to Settings on your device, tap your name, then Subscriptions, and select Rosel. Deleting the app does not cancel your subscription.

By subscribing, you agree to this section and to our Privacy Policy. Subscriptions are also subject to Apple's Standard End User License Agreement (EULA) and the Apple Media Services Terms and Conditions.

8. App Store Terms

Your use of Rosel is also subject to the Apple Media Services Terms and Conditions. In the event of a conflict between these Terms and Apple's terms, Apple's terms will take precedence with respect to your use of the App Store.

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the app shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.

10. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will update the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. Continued use of the app after changes are posted means you accept the updated terms.
