1. Introduction

Welcome to Rosel, an HRT & menopause tracking app by Chako LTD. Your privacy is critically important to us. This Privacy Policy explains how we handle your information — in short, your health data never leaves your device or personal iCloud account.

2. Data Storage & iCloud Sync

Rosel is designed with a privacy-first approach. All data you enter — medications, symptoms, logs, and notes — is stored only on your device or, if you choose to enable it, in your private Apple iCloud account. We do not operate our own servers and we have no ability to access your health data.

3. Information We Collect

We do not collect, sell, or share your personal or health data. We have no access to anything you enter into the app.

4. Analytics

We do not use any analytics tools or tracking SDKs. We collect no usage data, crash reports, or behavioral data of any kind. Your use of the app is entirely private.

5. Subscription & Billing

Rosel offers optional auto-renewing subscriptions (monthly and yearly) that unlock Premium features. Subscriptions are billed through Apple and governed by your Apple ID account. We use RevenueCat to validate and manage subscription status. RevenueCat receives an anonymous device identifier and your App Store purchase receipt to verify your subscription — it receives no health data.

Free trials convert to paid subscriptions automatically at the end of the trial period unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the trial ends. To manage or cancel your subscription, go to Settings → Manage Subscription, or visit your Apple ID subscription settings.

6. Children's Privacy

Rosel is not intended for use by anyone under the age of 17. We do not knowingly collect information from children.

7. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The "Last updated" date at the top of this page reflects when the policy was last changed. Continued use of the app after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the updated policy.
